As Property Manager, Viviana is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of numerous retail assets located in the Tampa Bay area.

With more than four years of property management experience, Viviana has strong administrative skills and knowledge of contracts and property accounting, she possesses exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills. Her competencies include proficiently managing maintenance and repair services, monitoring budgets, and adeptly resolving tenant-related matters

In 2005, Viviana earned her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad del Norte in Colombia.

She is an active member of BOMA Greater Tampa Bay and, she is working towards obtaining her RPA designation.
