Born and raised in Richmond, Va, Sam joined the Commonwealth Commercial’s Sales and Leasing team in May of 2023. Sam primarily focuses on the representation of Tenants/Buyers and Landlords/Sellers in the Medical and Office markets. Sam was awarded the 2024 Rookie of The Year and the 2025 Q4 Costar Powerbroker award for Top Office Lease in Richmond, Virginia. Prior to Commonwealth Commercial Sam worked in a Sales job and spent some years in Oregon as a Ski and Snowboard instructor.
