Patty serves Commonwealth Commercial as Property Administrator for the Richmond, Virginia Property Management team. She is primarily responsible for administrative tasks and projects that efficiently support the efforts and successful operation of the team’s individual and collective goals.

Prior to joining Commonwealth in 2022, Patty was Operations Manager for a commercial real estate investment portfolio and previously held Sales Account Executive positions in commercial insurance, advertising and office furniture.

Patty earned a B.S. in Marketing from Boston College.
