Melissa has been in the Commercial Real Estate industry for over 30 years. She brings a wealth of experience having worked for companies that owned the properties they manage and also 3rd party management groups. Melissa has been on both sides of the business – Property Management and Vendor sales. She is relationship oriented and truly cares for her Customers. Melissa loves a challenge and enjoys trying to find solutions for client and tenant needs. In her spare time Melissa enjoys hanging out with her three Grandsons. She also plays tennis and enjoys walking and spending time at the lake.

As a Property Manager for Commercial, Melissa is responsible for a portfolio of full-service commercial office buildings in High Point, NC and three Retail Properties in Morrisville, NC & Greer, SC. She has strong customer service skills and is committed to taking care of Tenant needs while also maintaining a balanced budget for the Portfolios she manages.
