Joe is a hospitality sales and revenue leader with more than 25 years of experience driving performance across full-service, select-service, and boutique hotel properties. As Corporate Director of Sales for Commonwealth Lodging Management, he oversees sales strategy, market positioning, and revenue growth for a portfolio of hotels and development projects across multiple markets.

Earlier in his career, Joe held leadership roles with several prominent hotel management companies, including Tidewater Hotels & Resorts, TPG Hotels & Resorts, and Crestline Hotels & Resorts. He also spent nine years with Eisenman & Associates as Vice President of Consulting Services, working with associations, Fortune 500 companies, universities, non-profits, and other organizations on meeting planning, site selection, and negotiating hotel contracts and business transient agreements nationwide.

Throughout his career, Joe has focused on maximizing RevPAR, growing market share, and building long-term partnerships while helping lead property repositioning, renovation initiatives, and new hospitality concepts.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife, Emma, and their two children. He enjoys baseball, fishing, and boating, and spends much of his free time watching his son play baseball and cheering on his daughter as she competes in dance.
