Aleksandra (“Ola”) Harcum joined Commonwealth Commercial Partners in 2008 and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer, where she provides strategic financial oversight for the firm and its subsidiaries. As a key member of the executive leadership team, Ola plays an integral role in shaping corporate strategy across finance, accounting, employee benefits, risk management, insurance programs, and tax planning. She is also actively involved in evaluating new business opportunities, acquisitions, and dispositions to ensure alignment with the company’s long-term profitability and growth objectives.

With nearly two decades of experience in commercial real estate finance, Ola has developed deep expertise in financial analytics, budgeting and forecasting, asset and property management, and systems and process development. She oversees financial reporting, enhances internal controls, and drives operational efficiencies across the company. Her leadership ensures accurate, timely financial insights that support both internal decision-making and client relationships.

Ola began her career with Commonwealth Commercial Partners’ asset management department, where she advanced through roles including Financial Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, and Vice President of Finance. In these roles, she was responsible for investor reporting, cash flow analysis, lender compliance, and financial modeling, while also leading initiatives to standardize processes and improve performance across markets. Prior to joining CCP, she gained experience in real estate financial analysis and hospitality operations, further broadening her analytical and operational perspective.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Economics in Wroclaw, Poland, where she graduated with honors and a concentration in econometrics. Ola is ARGUS Software Certified (ASC) and brings a strong technical background in financial systems, modeling, and data analysis.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Ola enjoys hands-on creative and athletic pursuits. She has a passion for woodworking and home improvement projects, and has even crafted custom frames for her own artwork. She also enjoys playing volleyball, reflecting her team-oriented mindset and competitive spirit.
