CCP-Richmond Wins Asset & Property Management of Waterfront Plaza Office Portfolio

On December 29th, 2021, The Runnymede Corporation acquired the Waterfront Plaza Office Portfolio located within Innsbrook Corporate Park. The portfolio is comprised of a total of 97,489 sq. ft. in two buildings. The Hamilton Beach building is a 58,366 sq. ft., single tenant, Class A-office building, fully leased to Hamilton Beach Brands, Waterfront Plaza is 100% leased, consisting of a 32,123 sq. ft. two-level, multi-tenant office building occupied by four tenants, including Hamilton Beach. Commonwealth Commercial Partners will be handling the Property & Asset Management of this portfolio. We are excited to be a part of Runnymede’s continued expansion in Innsbrook and Richmond.
