Will is currently the Chief Operating Officer, where he partners with the leadership of each business unit to improve systems, drive efficiencies, and ensure the business is positioned for sustainable growth. Will joined Commonwealth Commercial in 2024 after spending more than a decade in the Financial Services industry across several firms. Most recently, Will led a strategy & data analytics team at Fidelity Investments, focused on identifying opportunities for new products & solutions to enhance Fidelity’s Financial Wellness offering. He is a two-time graduate of the University of Virginia, holding a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from UVA, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business.

Outside of Commonwealth, Will is active in the Richmond non-profit scene, serving on the board of RampsRVA and as President of the Peavey Project. He enjoys spending time with his wife (Becca), son (Cooper), and dog (Harley), as well as playing golf, going to see live music, and trying new restaurants.
