As Director of Human Resources, Jacki is responsible for managing the company’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, benefits, and practices.

Jacki brings more than 18 years of human resources experience supporting a variety of industries to include law firms, insurance companies, and product developers. Her background includes extensive hands-on experience on a wide variety of diverse human resource disciplines.

Jacki received her Bachelor degree in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Jacki is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and has attained both the Professional of Human Resources (PHR) designation and the Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
