As Senior Vice President of Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC, Colton primarily focuses on providing representation to Sellers/Landlords and Buyers/Tenants in the industrial and office market throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. Additionally, Colton assists clients in the acquisition and disposition of income producing assets.

Colton joined Commonwealth Commercial in 2019 as part of the Sales and Leasing team. Prior to stepping into a brokerage role, Colton worked at CoStar Group as a market research analyst of the Richmond and Hampton Roads markets, where he learned the local market and developed a passion for commercial real estate. He made the transition to sales and leasing in 2018, where he was hired as an associate with Harrison & Bates, Inc., which was formerly Colliers International.
