With over 45 years of experience in retail leasing and sales, Carl has leased or sold in excess of 4 million square feet of retail property. He has been involved in many and varied transactions, primarily Retail centric, to include renovating, expanding and re-merchandising shopping centers, pre-leasing of proposed centers, out-parcel sales and leasing, site selection and development, tenant representation, single tenant build-to-suits, shopping center sales and leasing, vacant box retro-fits, sales and leasing.
