As a partner with Commonwealth Commercial, Bill specializes in commercial and agricultural real estate with a strong concentration in the rezoning and sale of development sites.

Bill became a Partner at Commonwealth Commercial in 2001 after a 27 year association with Joyner & Company Realtors where he was Director of the Land Department. Bill participated in the assemblage of land for a number of planned communities comprised of retail, office, residential and light industrial sites including Innsbrook (800 acres), Deep Run Business Center (160 acres), Wyndham (1300 acres), Roseland (1500 acres) and Appomattox Industrial Park (500 acres), Paragon Place (40 acres), Twin Hickory (350 acres), Brookhollow Richmond (115 acres) and Winterfield Village (35 acres).
