As a Senior Property Manager, Jen manages a mix of office, retail, and medical office buildings throughout Richmond, Virginia, including the newly developed Sauer Center. Her responsibilities include building tenant relationships, overseeing vendor contracts & services, as well as financial reporting.

Jennifer has worked in property management since 2010 in various markets, including Washington D.C. and Charlotte, N.C. She has completed several BOMI courses towards her RPA and has her real estate license. Jen has been with Commonwealth Commercial Partners since 2019.
