As Property Manager, Caroline is responsible for a portfolio of commercial real estate in the greater Charlotte area. She prides herself on meeting client needs with emphasis on tenant satisfaction, accounting accuracy and overseeing all the day-to-day maintenance needs for the assets.

Prior to joining Commonwealth, Caroline worked on the hospitality and vendor side of the business and brings over five years of experience through this diverse background. This past experience helps guide our clients in the decision-making process for their properties.
