Christopher Wells serves Commonwealth Commercial as a Commercial Property Manager with a specialization in industrial and retail assets. Chris is primarily responsible for daily operations of a diverse portfolio of commercial assets, mentoring new hires within the department, and providing top-quality customer service.

Chris holds over 6 years of commercial real estate experience while managing vendors, tenants, and team members. Prior to his position at Commonwealth Commercial, he worked with Chesterfield Commercial Realty in the Greater Richmond Area.

Chris holds a B.S. in Business Management from Longwood University. Additionally, he spends his time volunteering at his local church, exercising, and fixing his swing at the driving range. He also holds his Real Estate License and membership with IREM and GRACRE in the Richmond chapters.
