As an Assistant Property Manager in the Nashville office, Tracey’s list of responsibilities includes assisting with the management of a nearly 400,000 square foot portfolio. She has been instrumental in providing support for the clients by keeping the preservation of the properties on their top list of priorities. She has been able to secure vendors for delayed projects and work with vendors to ensure their quality of service meets the client’s needs.

Prior to joining Commonwealth, Tracey worked as a Professional Development Counselor for a state funded agency. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois. She has decades of experience in many facets of customer service. Her driving force is to meet the needs of clients efficiently and in a professional manner.
