As Assistant Property Manager, Charles helps oversee a portfolio of commercial office and retail properties in the Houston area. He is responsible for a large portion of tenant communication, day-to-day coordination, and making sure things are running smoothly across the board.

Prior to joining CCP, Charles worked for a commercial real estate firm in property management division, specifically in retail. He earned his Texas Real Estate License at Champions School of Real Estate in 2023.
